Tastes and Tidbits. Monthly. First Thursday of every month May through September.
On the menu are eight featured wines with assorted appetizers. Printed study and reference notes accompany the wines and may be taken home with you.

Community Classes
Tessa and Jorge Sol's passion to pass wine knowledge on to others has extended into the community. They have been active participants in annual events such as the Mud & Music Festival and the Mustard Festival.
Tessa has also branched out into teaching both at Mendocino College and at her wine shop in downtown Calistoga.
Classes range from introductory to advanced levels and cover wines from various countries and regions.
Sensory 101 is an invaluable class that covers wines from many countries and regions.
Wine-and-Food Pairing Classes feature regional themes. Some examples are the Taste of France, the Taste of the Mediterranean and the Taste of Japan.
